Frankie's journey began with a simple yet profound goal: build a trusted Global network of Operations teams who manage the world’s $1tn OPEX p.a.
Founded by Georgie Fenwicke, Aaron Neugebauer and Sam Minnee, our company set out to reduce the cost of Property to business, extend the life of buildings products in situ and reduce CO2E.
Today, Frankie is a leader in precision Industrial Property Operations across the US, New Zealand and Australia.
